I started this site in late 2022 after a one-off search: "What happened to Geocities?" A quick glance over a few articles led me to Neocities and other communities reviving the heyday of hyper-personalized digital homepages. Since then, I've spent hundreds of hours drawing, planning, and maintaining various iterations of the Lair.
