Finished my Fanlistings page for now. I collected a whole lot of shit for this page over the last week or so. Lots of cool old stuff I found on the Wayback, too. I also updated the sitewide CSS, fixed an issue with the Music page where the audio wasn't playing, and added news buttons to the Homies button wall.
Added my Itch.io works to the ART index.
Overhauled main CSS sheet for the site. Reconstructed the Blog and its subpages. Overhauled the Technomancy page and broke categories into subpages.
Completely overhauled my Sims 1 shrine! Still adding a few links but, hot damn, it's lookin' good. Check it out here.
Added some new (but written long ago) posts to the Tiny Music Critiques blog page. Added my homie Mindape to the button wall. Fixed some fuckery with the "codeblock" and "timestamp" CSS styles.
Continued tidying up CSS: this time for modal pop-ups and table of contents boxes. I also finished adding content to the Digital Drawings page. New site button for Cheapskate's Guide to the homies page.
Tidied up inconsistent margins in the main stylesheet, added back links in all art subpages, styled Status Cafe embed on the home page, added link to my Picmix account on the Art page, adjusted the styling of tooltips This is a tooltip!, and added content to the Digital Drawings page!
Added more collages to the regular analog collage page AND the digital collage page.
Release of Slug 4.0 ALPHA, a complete visual redesign of the site. I also fixed missing content issues on the music page, added new buttons to homies, and revamped a lot of the CSS code for articles and sections. The Link Farm has been completely revamped with hundreds of new links!
Added page: sitemap. I also cleaned up the HTML for various pages, as well as made modifications to the site's main stylesheet.
Added pages: graphics, homies, and adoptables.
Putting the final touches on Salty 4.0. Refactoring HTML code, adjustments to new stylesheets, and reorganization of pages. Checking incorrect links, etc.
I made a new shrine! It's Sims-themed, but it's not quite done yet. Still, I think it looks cool!
I didn't post any "official" updates during this time, but I spent these months intermittently rearranging, rewriting, and adding to the site on my PC at home. Carelessly, I might add!
Holy shit I redid all the CSS on the site for the millionth time. Now that I do coding for a job, I actually have to be better at CSS instead of half-assing it, haha. I'm still working through the changes in class names on all the HTML pages, but goddamn the CSS ended up really nice for the iframe content. Take a look under the hood and there's notes for ya if you're interested in the methods (or lack thereof)..
A here and there update...
Still going through and fixing some bonked up CSS from my big overhaul a couple months ago. It's been on the backburner, but I'm nearly through with it. The Site Updates page was kinda broken, as well, so I fixed that.
So I've been hoarding updates for months now... I'm not even gonna try to sum up all the changes I've made because I've been bad at my documentation. The summer heat has killed all my brain cells, but I still made some cool changes to the site. There's a landing page now; not sure I really like it too much, but it's there because I wanted to put a non-responsive/content warning up front. It might change again soon, not really sure. Lots of changes here though, have a click around!
Yooo I forgot that I let the old graphics site domain name expire.. so I bought a new one, fixed my web server's Apache config, and re-setup ABBA! Sorry to all who have tried to visit my .gif collection and gotten a "host not found" error. Sometimes I'm a little lazy with my IT rituals at home since I do them for a job, as well. 😬
I guess I accidentally broke some older pages on the site, especially those filed under the About page. Whoops! I am working on fixing them, and just revamped the favorite video games page. I also kicked out Diablo 2 as a favorite... for now.

💯 Thanks to the help of Melon and his wonderful JavaScript trickery, the browser tab and URL update appropriately to which page of the website you click on! There is hope for the future yet. This is, hopefully, the only JavaScript I'll have to integrate with the site. We'll see!

🗨️ Added a chatbox (courtesy of Cbox) to the site today, so ramble away! I also optimized all images on the site using ezgif, so the landing page should load much faster than before. Finally, I added a small article of CSS to make the site look better on hi-res gamer edition screens (greater than 1080p). Enjoy. :)
✨ Today I introduced my new site layout, Slug 3.0. This change is best experienced with your eyes, as my previous layout looked completely different. I also restructured the site map and navigation, consolidated and added .html pages, and poured a whole lot more love into a total revision of the site's code and features. There are still a few pages from the original site that I haven't migrated yet, but keep an eye out in the coming days for more updates!
Another tiny update as I near the third revision of my website! I've been working very hard on a total site overhaul (both visually and its code) for awhile now, and I hope to have it done within the coming months. I have been busy with a new job and recording music, but I did finally make an 88x31 button for my site. You'll find it on the Miscellanea page. :) Enjoy and see you soon!
Tiny update today! I added a temporary spot for my Melontown Deed to the INDEX. I edited my bio and contact info a little on my About page, as well.
I finally started on the music article of my About page today. I'm not quite done, but it's a nice little scroll if you wanna know what bands I like the most. I plan to add little song clip previews to this article at some point down the road.
Added my Status.Cafe and iMood badges to the site header. :) I am also still working on the Tech page. It is very unfinished, but I have lots of assets already prepped for it once it's all laid out!
Started on the Tech page today. This is the biggest and most ambitious part of my website that I've been planning for quite some time. Right now I just have a list of what will eventually be there, but I hope that gets some of y'all excited!
I completely reworked my About page today. I also finished my favorite movies and favorite video games articles. I hope someone out there appreciates my "gruffy old World of Warcraft guy" taste in PC games. I also added a guestbook to the site! Stop by and leave me a note. :)

Howdy, howdy. New update today: I have re-uploaded the Web Art and Digital Art pages. The HTML code is new and improved. I also redid the CSS and made both pages much easier to browse. I hope y'all find the humor in my goofy ass art.
I have been working hard on what feels like a million different projects. I've made a few more websites since updating this one, and I have also been busy making new music and art. However... I have found the time to completely remake the site from scratch! Salty Slug 2.0 is far more responsive and well-written code-wise, and I am very pleased with how it has evolved. I hope you guys like it. :)

I finished the landing for my *NEW* Art & Music page. I also started on a article for my favorite movies, did some CSS tweaking, and general site maintenance.

This is the date I initially published the site after working on it for a couple of weeks. I have since redone the styling after putting a few more weeks of learning CSS in my back pocket.
